EUnify is a Belgian operating company. We design and manufacture critical electronics for unmanned and autonomous systems. The company came out of Belgian and European innovation programmes. The Gear Up product line is built on that engineering foundation.
An independent European hardware company. We design and manufacture in Belgium. We work with EU and trusted-region supply chains (TI USA, ST France, TDK Japan, Infineon Germany). We build for partners who care that their critical electronics aren't a black box from somewhere else.
We decide where openness serves the mission, case by case. Our firmware already lives upstream: the AirBrain H743 config is merged into Betaflight main and the ArduPilot tree, and EUnify is a paid Betaflight partner. Our hardware designs stay closed, that engineering is what lets us keep building. When a partner or a program needs something to move open, we know how to make that call, and we can run the same process for other companies. More detail on the firmware side.

EUnify was created through Belgian and European defence-innovation programmes. We were selected for Start2DEF, 1 of 5 teams chosen from several hundred applicants, run under Belgian Military Innovation. We won the Belgian finale of the first EUDIS Hackathon, run by the European Commission, and presented at the Deep Tech Summit in Warsaw, October 2024. In 2026, EUnify was selected for the EUDIS Business Accelerator, one of 20 companies chosen across the EU's autonomous-systems and robotics sector. The Gear Up product line ships commercially alongside that programme work.
