EUnify BV, Belgium

EU-made critical electronics for autonomous and unmanned systems.

EUnify designs and manufactures the electronics that go inside drones, robots, and other autonomous platforms. Our catalog ships under the Gear Up product brand at takeyourgear.com. Custom engineering engagements run with EUnify directly.

Three ways to work with us

EUnify is the engineering company. Gear Up is our product brand. Buy off-the-shelf at takeyourgear.com, or engage EUnify directly for integration around those boards or custom electronics from scratch.

Designed and built in Europe.

Vertically integrated hardware. Requirements, schematic, PCB layout, manufacturing, firmware, validation, packaging. Same building, EU-traceable supply chain, bench-tested before ship.

Production floor Pick-and-place lines in Belgium, capable of IPC class 1 through 3.
Rework microscope station at the EUnify bench
Fast iteration Short feedback loops. From layout change to next prototype in days.

EMC pre-compliance Pre-compliance EMC tested. Issues caught at design time, not at certification.

EU supply chain

Components sourced through EU and trusted-region distributors. Traceable down to the part, no surprise substitutions.

One building

Schematic, layout, assembly, bench validation, packaging. Same floor, same team, same week.

Built to scale

Hand-built prototypes through production batches in the hundreds. Same supply chain, same quality discipline.

4
Firmware stacks

PX4, ArduPilot, Betaflight, AM32. Upstream main, no private fork.

EU
Supply chain

Traceable down to the part. EU, US, and Japanese components. No surprise substitutions.

2
Defence programme selections

Selected for Start2DEF (1 of 5). Won EUDIS Hackathon Belgian finale (European Commission, 2024).

Looking at putting Gear Up boards into your platform?

Engineering services start with a 30-minute scoping call with a builder, not a salesperson. We walk through the platform, the constraints, and whether off-the-shelf Gear Up plus integration or full custom electronics is the right path. Beyond the first call, formal scoping is paid and produces a written technical scope, a risk register, and a fixed NRE quote. Working languages English and Dutch.
